Cancellation Policy:
We value your time and strive to provide the best possible service to all our clients. To ensure fair scheduling and respect for our therapists’ time, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
If you fail to provide 24-hour notice or miss your scheduled appointment, the following cancellation fees will apply:
- 50-minute massage – $45
- 80-minute massage – $60
- 110-minute massage – $75
These fees help compensate our therapists for their time and allow us to continue offering high-quality services. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
